Stop paying twice.
AVITOR claims back the energy a standard VRF throws away and uses it for hot water. It also gives warm air, chilled water, underfloor and pool heating or cooling, with only water inside your home.
- Up to 40% less power than a separate AC and geyser (savings depend on how much cooling and hot water you use together)
- A 5 TR unit turns 6.4 kW of power into 20.0 kW of cooling and 26.4 kW of hot water
- A standard VRF gives cool air only; AVITOR also gives warm air, hot water, chilled water, underfloor and pool circuits
- No gas inside your home; a leak is a wet patch you can see
The saving
Up to 40% less power than a separate AC and geyser.* Each kW of power returns over 7 kW of cooling and hot water together.
*Savings depend on how much cooling and hot water you use together.
Why people choose AVITOR
- Free hot water: While your rooms are cooled, their heat goes into the tank. When only hot water is needed, AVITOR draws heat from the air and uses less power than a standard geyser.
- One machine, two jobs: No outdoor units crowding your walls. No separate water heaters anywhere. One machine does both jobs.
- More than a VRF can do: Warm air, hot water, chilled water, underfloor heating and cooling, and pool heating and cooling. A standard VRF gives cool air.
- Only water inside your home: The refrigerant stays sealed in the outdoor unit. A leak is a wet patch you can see, not gas escaping unseen.
- Built to keep running: Safe mode instead of breakdown. One fault never shuts the house. Standard parts that any trained technician can repair.

Frequently asked questions
Is the hot water really free?
While your rooms are being cooled, yes. When only hot water is needed, it draws heat from the outside air, so it uses less power than a standard geyser.
What if something breaks?
It stops safely, shows the fault and alerts our technicians before you call. One fault never shuts the whole house: close one valve and every other room keeps running.
Is there gas inside my home?
No. The refrigerant stays sealed in the outdoor unit and only water runs through your home. A leak is a wet patch you can see, not gas escaping unseen.
Can it heat or cool a pool?
Yes. Twin built-in pumps run both water circuits, even for pools and large water bodies. A standard VRF has no water pumps.
